Shipping Policy


M. White Dental charges a flat fee of $9.99 on all product orders to $200.00, after that shipping is free! This offer is for the lower 48 states in the United States.  Please be aware there may be additional shipping charges on items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

For those wishing to place international orders, please call us at +1 866-525-8212 to receive shipping cost and currency conversions.

M. White Dental offers free shipping on all inbound packages needing repair. Download or call 866.525.8212 to request a faxed copy of our printable Postage Paid Business Reply Label and ship in your own box.

While M. White Dental is not liable for the loss of inbound packages due to any circumstance, we will make every possible attempt to track down your package or find you a comparable replacement. M. White Dental does insure delivery and assume responsibility for all outbound lost orders.

Most in-stock items ship same day, you can expect delivery of all in-stock items within 1-3 days of when you place your order. In-stock, ordered placed before 3pm EST will ship same day. Delivery times for special orders will vary. Ask your dental Customer Care Specialists about expedited delivery options that will add to your shipping fee.

On occasion, we or the manufacture may be out of stock on a particular item, which may delay your order. We will always contact you to in the event, any item your ordered is out of stock. All out of stock items are shipped out the same day that they have been received by us at M. White Dental.

  • UPS Next Day Air (NDA) delivery by 9:00am the next business day.
  • NDA-Saver with scheduled arrival time for next business day until 5:00 pm.
  • FedEx Next Business Day delivered by 9:00 am.
  • FedEx NDA Standard Shipping delivered after 9:00 am.
  • Additional 2 and 3-Day Air options are also available.

Due to the Department of Transportation regulations, an additional charge is included on hazardous material shipments. Some hazardous materials must be shipped via ground carrier and are not returnable.

 

Return Policy:

We cannot accept any return without prior authorization. To arrange for a return, fill out a request for Return Authorization Number (RMA Number) form. You make also call our Support department to arrange for a return authorization at 866.525.8212.

For a return the following conditions must be met:

  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for return form.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original container, unmarked, undamaged, and properly packaged.
  • All return merchandise is subject to inspection. Any merchandise returned to us in unacceptable condition will NOT be eligible for credit.
  • Returned products must have been purchased within the previous thirty (30) days. Any returns past thirty (30) days are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee (15% restocking fee in the case of Clinical Supplies & Glove Orders).
  • Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable).
  • Shipping charges will apply on all customer error returns.


The following items are not returnable:

  • Opened handpieces, small equipment, and custom-ordered equipment. Opened equipment will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Special order items (products that we do not ordinarily stock)
  • Personalized and imprinted items
  • Misused, Abused, or Expired products
  • Items that cannot be returned to the manufacturer


Other information:

  • Products returned as defective will not be credited until this has been verified by the manufacturer in the form of a credit or exchange.
  • We will replace or repair defective items based on the manufacturers' policies.
  • All exchanges will be sent to the customer with in 30 days from the date of the Reason for return form is sent to the customer.
  • All refunds will be credited back to the customer's credit card within 30 days from the date of the Reason for return form is sent to the customer.
